Health authorities tell us that, to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we must: wash hands frequently, heighten cleaning practices, avoid contact with sick people, stay away from work when ill and not travel to areas with high infection rates.

Check-in Time: Due to extra cleaning procedures, our regular guaranteed check-in time of 3:00pm may be extended at any time and without prior notice. We thank you for your patience as we ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.
Cancellation Policy: We are allowing guests with hotel reservations outside of 48 hours to cancel without penalty. Cancellation of hotel reservations within 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

- Covid19 training for all employees based on CDC Guidelines
- Limit housekeeping services to stays over 3 nights and then upon request only. Guests may not be present during housekeeping.
- Provide contactless delivery of towels and amenity requests.
- Provide contactless check-out, receipts are emailed the morning of departure'
- Sanitize and disinfect lobby & front desk (throughout the day) with special attention to high-touch items including, but not limited to pens, door handles, locks and latches, light switches, and thermostats.
- All employees are required to wash their hands (for at least 20 seconds) or use sanitizer when a sink is not available every 60 minutes.
Commitment to Cleanliness:
To prevent the spread of illness and protect guests & staff, we employ rigorous sanitation standards and robust cleaning procedures, including:
- Enhanced COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocol training for our teams in specific departments with frequent guest contact including Front Desk and Housekeeping.
- Use industry proven cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting techniques to clean guest rooms. Particular attention is paid to high-touch areas including, but not limited to, tv remote controls, door and furniture handles, nightstands, telephones, alarm clocks, light switches, thermostat controls, hair dryers, ice buckets, coffee makers, luggage racks and all bathroom fixtures & handles.
- Bed linens and towels are laundered in accordance with CDC Guidelines. Used linen is bagged in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to our laundry facility.
- Windows and doors are open to allow fresh air to enter the room.
- All guest rooms are disinfected using a Victory Electrostatic Sprayer utilizing Bioesque botanical solution to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
